
Margot concentrates her practice on estate planning matters and also has extensive experience dealing with sensitive and complicated family situations. She is well known and respected in the Cook County Probate Courts for her handling of complicated guardianship and decedents estates.
Prior to concentrating her practice in the estate planning area, Margot was a staff attorney at the Cook County Public Guardian's Office for five years, where she represented children in abuse and neglect cases, handled appeals in both state and federal appellate court and represented the Public Guardian in disabled adult matters.
She is a published author on the topic of estate planning for disabled adults.
