• OVERVIEW

    Chuck’s practice encompasses all aspects of wealth preservation and administration, with a particular emphasis on planning for ultra-high net worth individuals, both domestic and international, and handling all aspects of the administration of estates, including the design and implementation of post-mortem tax planning structures. Prior to entering into private practice, Chuck spent a number of years in the banking sector, most as a trust officer in the personal trust department of a major Chicago financial institution where he was responsible for overseeing all fiduciary aspects of more than 400 trusts.
