
Robin focuses her practice on complex trust, estate and other fiduciary-related controversies. Robin’s practice encompasses all aspects of trust and estate trial and appellate matters, including breach of fiduciary duty issues, will and trust contests, contested heirship, family business and closely-held business disputes, tax controversy and judicial construction of wills and trusts. Robin represents corporate and individual trustees, beneficiaries, agents, and business owners. Robin was recognized as a Rising Star in Estate and Trust Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine. Prior to joining Levin Schreder & Carey Ltd., Robin was an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department of a large Chicago law firm.
