Simon’s practice focuses on estate planning services for high net worth individuals and families and estate administration.  He has particular experience in crafting complex estate plans and settling large estates, and has represented both individual and corporate fiduciaries.  He frequently advises clients regarding the estate and income tax implications of planning for disposition of substantial retirement assets while working to achieve their personal planning objectives.

    Simon has been designated an ‘Emerging Lawyer’ by Leading Lawyers, a distinction given to the top lawyers in Illinois who are age 40 or younger or have practiced for no more than 10 years.
